Topher Welsch, CSWA
Solution Focused Brief Therapist
I’m Topher Welsch, a Portland therapist helping people create meaningful change in just a few sessions. I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy — a practical, forward-looking approach that builds on what’s already working.
I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle with addictive habits and to work toward reclaiming control and balance in life. Those experiences shape how I run these groups: no judgment, no perfectionism, just a focus on what helps you feel more capable and in charge of your choices.
I’m also pursuing advanced training with BRIEF, the world’s leading institute for Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
