Frequently asked questions
What are your qualifications and training?
Very few therapists actually specialize in a single modality. I am currently receiving advanced training from world-renowned SFBT therapists, Evan George and Chris Iveson. I am 100% invested in delivering expert-level support to your clients.
What are your qualifications and training?
Most people see meaningful progress in 4–6 sessions. This isn’t a hard limit. Solution Focused Brief Therapy is designed to strengthen your own ability to create change, so you won’t be stuck in therapy for months. Some clients choose a few extra sessions for added support—your goals determine the length.

Which insurances are you credentialed with?
Sessions are $150 out of pocket. I accept a variety of insurances. I strongly advocate for paying out of pocket because clients who invest in therapy often experience faster progress and better outcomes. When therapy costs only a small co-pay, it can drag on for months. Paying privately encourages focus and results.
