What is the
Social Confidence Group

You’re probably here because social situations have started to feel... hard.

Maybe you're tired of overthinking what to say, replaying conversations in your head, or feeling like you're always on the outside looking in.

Maybe you’ve been thinking, “If I could just feel more confident around people…” — and now you’re ready to do something about it.

This 5-session group is designed to help you build real-world social confidence — without pressure, roleplays, or being put on the spot.

It’s grounded in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, an evidence-based model proven to help people create meaningful change by focusing on what’s already working.

It’s short-term, strength-based, and centered on your goals, your progress, and what difference that will make in your life.

Whatever brought you here, you’re in the right place.

What is a Micro Group?

Micro Groups are short-term, high-impact therapy groups designed to help you shift one specific challenge in just five sessions.

Each Micro Group focuses on a single topic — like alcohol use, phone habits, or self-talk — and includes no more than three participants. That means you’ll get personal attention, a focused experience, and a clear direction forward.

These groups aren’t about digging into your whole history or signing up for long-term therapy. They’re built for people who already know what’s getting in the way and want to do something about it — quickly and with purpose.

Whether you’re already in therapy or just want a targeted boost, Micro Groups give you a structured space to make progress. You’ll learn from others, stay focused on your goals, and leave with a sense of movement — not more questions.

Each Micro Group runs once a week for five weeks. When one ends, a new topic begins. You're never signing up for more than one group at a time. It’s brief, affordable, and designed to fit into your life — not take it over.
