Each cohort meets for five weekly 55-minute sessions, online or in person in inner Northeast Portland. A new cohort starts every 5 weeks.

Do I need to commit to all 5 sessions?

Yes. These short groups build momentum each week, so attending all 5 sessions is expected. If you can’t commit to the dates, you can join the next cohort. Missed sessions are still billed.
