What is the
Social Confidence Group

You’re probably here because social situations have started to feel... hard.

Maybe you're tired of overthinking what to say, replaying conversations in your head, or feeling like you're always on the outside looking in.

Maybe you’ve been thinking, “If I could just feel more confident around people…” — and now you’re ready to do something about it.

This 5-session group is designed to help you build real-world social confidence — without pressure, roleplays, or being put on the spot.

It’s grounded in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, an evidence-based model proven to help people create meaningful change by focusing on what’s already working.

It’s short-term, strength-based, and centered on your goals, your progress, and what difference that will make in your life.

Whatever brought you here, you’re in the right place.

Frequently asked questions about our services

Is this group for me?

If social situations feel stressful, awkward, or draining — and you’re ready for something different — this group is for you. You don’t need to be outgoing or extroverted. Just open to the idea that confidence can grow.

What kind of counseling is this?

This group uses Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) — an evidence-based model shown to help people make meaningful, lasting change. It’s practical, strengths-based, and future-focused.

How much will I have to share?

Only what’s useful. You’ll never be asked to share more than you want. We keep the focus on goals, progress, and what works for you — not on retelling your past.

Do you offer in person or virtual sessions?

I am currently exploring various modes to expand this group. This includes both online and in person.

How does payment work?

Each session costs $50, and the full $250 for all five sessions is due up front. There are no other fees.

What happens during a 15 minute free consult?

We’ll talk about what brought you here and what you’re hoping will be different. I’ll ask a few quick questions to understand your goals and whether this group feels like a good fit. It’s a low-pressure way to decide if this is the right next step for you.
